Cynthia is a New York based creative operations manager and born organizer. Creative collaboration with her team is what she enjoys most and believes that her background in design and a strong foundation in print production carry vital insights to consider while planning the phases of a great campaign launch.
She’s able to support her team not only from timeline and budgetary lenses, but also through her carefully crafted technical knowledge– which allows her to to dig into any file type, clearly articulate all crucial specifications and most importantly, predict the software functionality needed to guarantee each creative or organizational task is a true success. She enjoys overseeing large-scale, complex projects, comprised of a number of deliverables and phases and is always challenging herself to reconsider any process that may enable her team to execute their very best work, while feeling fully supported and charged with positive energy.
